Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SERPINB7, a member of the serpin superfamily, is primarily known for its role as a serine proteinase inhibitor. It is implicated in various biological processes, including inflammation, apoptosis, and cellular stress responses. Research has increasingly focused on SERPINB7 due to its potential involvement in skin biology, particularly in conditions like psoriasis and keratinocyte proliferation. Additionally, it has been linked to certain cancers, where its expression levels may influence tumor progression and patient prognosis. Understanding the functional mechanisms of SERPINB7 at the molecular level can provide insights into its dual role as both a protective and pathological factor in various diseases. The generation of recombinant SERPINB7 protein allows for detailed studies of its inhibitory activities and interactions with target proteases, facilitating further investigation into its therapeutic potential. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate its role in different cellular contexts, thereby paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting SERPINB7 in disease management. As the interest in SERPINB7 continues to grow, deciphering its multifaceted roles could yield significant contributions to our understanding of its biological significance and therapeutic applications.
