稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SSX1, a member of the SRY-related high-mobility group box (SOX) gene family, has garnered significant interest in cancer research due to its potential role as a tumor-associated antigen. It is primarily expressed in testicular germ cells but is aberrantly expressed in various malignancies, including melanoma, breast cancer, and lung cancer. The ectopic expression of SSX1 in tumors suggests it may function as a cancer/testis antigen, which makes it an attractive target for immunotherapy. Research into SSX1 recombinant protein focuses on its structural and functional characterization, aiming to understand its mechanisms of action in tumor cells and its potential as a biomarker for early cancer detection. Moreover, studies have investigated the ability of SSX1 to elicit specific immune responses, providing insights into its use in therapeutic vaccines. The development of SSX1 recombinant protein not only helps clarify its biological roles but also enhances the potential for creating personalized cancer treatments, highlighting its importance in the intersection of molecular biology, immunology, and oncology.
