稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDCD11, or Programmed Cell Death 11, is a critical protein involved in various cellular processes, including apoptosis and transcription regulation. This protein has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its role in modulating the expression of key genes associated with cell survival and death. Abnormal regulation of PDCD11 has been implicated in the development and progression of several malignancies, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have indicated that PDCD11 interacts with numerous cellular partners, influencing pathways related to stress responses and immune regulation. The generation of recombinant PDCD11 protein is crucial for understanding its structure-function relationship and elucidating its precise role in disease mechanisms. Research involving the production of this protein in various expression systems allows for the investigation of its biochemical properties, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other regulatory factors. Such insights can pave the way for the development of novel strategies aimed at modulating PDCD11 activity, which may lead to innovative cancer therapies or improvements in existing treatment modalities. Understanding the comprehensive dynamics of PDCD11 can ultimately enhance our ability to combat diseases linked to its dysregulation, positioning it as a valuable component in the fight against cancer.
