Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL36R, or Interleukin-36 receptor, is part of the IL-1 family of cytokines and plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses, particularly in inflammatory conditions. Research has increasingly focused on IL36R due to its involvement in various diseases, including psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Elevated levels of IL-36 cytokines have been found in these conditions, suggesting that IL36R signaling contributes to their pathogenesis. Understanding the functional mechanisms of IL36R can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant IL36R proteins facilitate these studies by allowing researchers to investigate its biological activity in vitro and in vivo under controlled conditions. Such research can lead to the identification of novel anti-inflammatory treatments aimed at modulating IL36R activity. By elucidating the receptor's interaction with its ligands and downstream signaling pathways, scientists hope to unravel its complex role in immune regulation. This can eventually advance our understanding of immune-mediated diseases and enhance current therapeutic strategies. Overall, the study of IL36R recombinant proteins is essential for developing targeted therapies and improving patient outcomes in inflammation-driven disorders.
