稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The Ces2e protein, a member of the carboxylesterase enzyme family, has garnered attention due to its pivotal role in various biological processes and potential applications in biotechnology and pharmacology. Research indicates that Ces2e is involved in the metabolism of a wide range of xenobiotics, including drugs and environmental pollutants, facilitating their detoxification and excretion from the body. Its enzymatic activity is crucial in regulating the bioavailability and efficacy of therapeutic agents, making it a target of interest for drug development and personalized medicine. Additionally, the ability of Ces2e to hydrolyze ester bonds positions it as a valuable tool in synthetic biology for bioconversions and the production of biodegradable materials. Given the growing concern over environmental sustainability, studying the substrates and mechanisms of Ces2e can lead to innovative strategies for bioremediation and green chemistry. Thus, the research surrounding Ces2e not only enhances our understanding of enzymatic pathways but also holds promise for practical applications that align with environmental and health imperatives.
