Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RANBP1 (Ran binding protein 1) is a crucial mediator in the regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport and a key player in various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, DNA repair, and signal transduction. Given its vital role, RANBP1 has garnered significant attention in cancer research and neurobiology, particularly regarding its implications in cellular proliferation and tumorigenesis. Overexpression of RANBP1 has been linked to various malignancies, suggesting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, since RANBP1 interacts with the small GTPase Ran, it influences nuclear transport mechanisms critical for transporting proteins and RNA between the nucleus and cytoplasm. The study of RANBP1 is advancing our understanding of the molecular underpinnings of disease, ultimately aiming toward novel treatment strategies. The recombinant expression of RANBP1 in different systems enables detailed functional studies, offering insights into its structural properties and interactions. Research involving RANBP1 recombinant proteins can elucidate their biological roles, binding affinities, and potential as drug targets, paving the way for therapeutic innovations in treating related pathologies.
