Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The NBPF15 gene (Neuroblastoma Breakpoint Family 15) belongs to a group of human genes associated with neurodevelopment and various neurological disorders. This gene is situated in a genomic region that is known to be associated with neuroblastoma, a common pediatric cancer, which has prompted interest in understanding its functional roles. Research suggests that NBPF15 may play a significant role in neuronal differentiation and brain development, potentially influencing pathways related to tumorigenesis. The protein encoded by NBPF15 is characterized by a series of protein-protein interaction domains, indicating its involvement in complex cellular processes. Recent studies have focused on the expression patterns of NBPF15 in different tissues and developmental stages, revealing its potential significance as a biomarker for neuroblastoma and other neurological conditions. Moreover, the exploration of NBPF15 as a recombinant protein aims to enhance our understanding of its biochemical properties and functions, which may ultimately contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies targeting this gene in neurodevelopmental disorders and cancer. Overall, the investigation of NBPF15 as a recombinant protein represents a critical step in elucidating its role in neurobiology and its implications in cancer research.
