Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NIPSNAP3A is a member of the NIPSNAP family of proteins, which are known to play critical roles in various biological processes, including mitochondrial function and cellular metabolism. Research on NIPSNAP3A has gained attention due to its potential implications in aging and neurodegenerative diseases. The protein is primarily localized in the mitochondria, where it is thought to be involved in maintaining mitochondrial integrity and regulating apoptosis. Given the central role of mitochondria in energy production and the pathophysiology of diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, understanding the function and mechanism of NIPSNAP3A could lead to novel therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, studies have suggested that alterations in NIPSNAP3A expression may impact neuroprotection and overall cellular health. The recombinant production of NIPSNAP3A allows for in-depth biochemical and structural analyses, enabling research to unravel its functional properties and interactions at the molecular level. This is crucial for elucidating its role in health and disease, potentially paving the way for innovative approaches to treat age-related disorders and mitochondrial dysfunction.
