Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOL7, or nucleolar protein 7, is a conserved RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in ribosome biogenesis and the processing of precursor ribosomal RNA. Its involvement in cellular stress responses and regulation of cell proliferation has garnered attention in cancer research. Aberrant expression of NOL7 has been linked to various malignancies, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for tumor progression and a target for therapeutic interventions. In particular, studies have shown that NOL7 exhibits tumor-suppressive functions, influencing the pathways underlying cell cycle regulation and apoptosis. The interest in recombinant NOL7 protein stems from its utility in elucidating its molecular mechanisms and biological functions. By producing NOL7 in a recombinant form, researchers are able to conduct detailed studies on its interaction with other cellular components, its structural properties, and its potential modulation in cellular pathways. Furthermore, the study of recombinant NOL7 can facilitate the development of novel cancer therapies by identifying small molecules or peptides that can mimic or enhance its function. Overall, understanding the biology of NOL7 through recombinant protein studies is pivotal for advancing insights in oncology and molecular biology, potentially leading to innovative strategies for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
