Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ERN2, a member of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) resident N-glycoprotein family, plays a crucial role in maintaining ER homeostasis and facilitating protein folding. Research indicates that ERN2 is involved in the unfolded protein response (UPR), a cellular mechanism activated in response to ER stress, which can arise from factors such as misfolded proteins or changes in the cellular environment. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndrome. Recent studies have focused on the functional characterization of ERN2, exploring its interactions with other proteins and its influence on cell survival under stress conditions. Additionally, the potential use of ERN2 as a therapeutic target has gained attention, as modulating its activity may enhance cellular resilience to stress and improve outcomes in disease models. Overall, the investigation of ERN2 and its recombinant protein forms represents a promising avenue for understanding cellular stress mechanisms and developing innovative strategies for disease intervention.
