稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACTR6, a protein encoded by the ACTR6 gene, is a member of the Arp2/3 complex, which plays a pivotal role in actin polymerization and cellular motility. Research into ACTR6 has gained momentum due to its crucial involvement in various cellular processes, including migration, division, and the maintenance of cytoskeletal integrity. Notably, dysregulation of ACTR6 expression has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and neurodegenerative diseases. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying ACTR6 function is essential for elucidating its role in health and disease. Additionally, the characterization of recombinant ACTR6 protein has enabled researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interactions with other cytoskeletal proteins, and its contributions to actin dynamics. This research is significant for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating ACTR6 function to achieve improved outcomes in diseases characterized by aberrant cell movement and architecture. As such, ACTR6 stands out as a valuable target for further exploration in cellular biology and therapeutic applications.
