Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RHOM2 (Rho Family GTPase 2) is a member of the Rho family of GTPases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research into RHOM2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in signal transduction pathways and its potential implications in diseases, particularly cancer and cardiovascular conditions. Studies have shown that RHOM2 can influence cell migration and invasion, which are critical factors in tumor metastasis. Additionally, RHOM2 participates in the regulation of inflammation and immune responses, indicating its broader relevance in physiological and pathological contexts. Given its multifunctional nature, RHOM2 presents an intriguing target for therapeutic intervention. The development of recombinant RHOM2 proteins enables detailed exploration of its biochemical properties, facilitating investigations into its structural dynamics and interactions with other cellular proteins. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which RHOM2 exerts its effects can provide insights into its role in health and disease, making it a significant focus for future research endeavors in cell biology and therapeutic development.
