Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ORC3L (Origin Recognition Complex subunit 3-like) is a critical protein implicated in the regulation of DNA replication and cell cycle progression. It is part of the larger Origin Recognition Complex (ORC), which plays a vital role in the initiation of DNA replication by binding to the replication origins in eukaryotic cells. The ORC complex is essential for cellular activities such as genome stability and cell proliferation. Research has highlighted the importance of ORC3L in various biological processes, including DNA damage response and chromatin remodeling. Dysregulation of ORC proteins, particularly ORC3L, has been associated with various cancers and developmental disorders, making it a significant focus for biomedical research. Recent studies have aimed to elucidate the structural and functional characteristics of ORC3L and its interactions with other cellular factors, which could pave the way for potential therapeutic targets in oncology and regenerative medicine. Understanding the role of ORC3L in the broader context of the cell cycle and its implications in disease could offer new insights into cellular mechanics and open avenues for innovative treatment strategies.
