稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The PACSIN3 protein, a member of the PACSIN family, plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as endocytosis, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research has highlighted its involvement in lipid metabolism and synaptic function, making it a significant factor in neuronal health and disease. The interest in PACSIN3 has escalated due to its potential link to neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, where disturbances in endocytosis and synaptic activity are observed. Recent studies have also suggested that PACSIN3 may interact with various signaling pathways, influencing cell migration and proliferation. Understanding the structure and function of PACSIN3 is vital for elucidating its role in cellular mechanisms and its implications in disease. Consequently, the characterization of PACSIN3 through recombinant protein expression is an essential step toward discovering its biochemical properties, functional interactions, and therapeutic potential in various neurological and metabolic conditions. This approach not only aids in the delineation of its biological functions but also facilitates the development of targeted therapeutic strategies that could manipulate PACSIN3 activity to restore normal cellular functions in pathological states. With ongoing research, PACSIN3 is emerging as a promising candidate for further exploration in the context of neurobiology and disease management.
