Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGAP9 (Rho GTPase activating protein 9) is a member of the RhoGAP family, which is essential for the regulation of Rho family GTPases, critical in various cellular processes including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. Researchers have identified ARHGAP9 as an important player in modulating the signaling pathways that control cell behavior, particularly in the context of cancer. Its expression levels have been linked to tumor progression and metastasis in several types of cancer, suggesting that it may serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. Furthermore, ARHGAP9 has been implicated in the regulation of cellular responses to external stimuli, influencing processes such as cell adhesion and immune responses. Given its diverse roles, the study of recombinant ARHGAP9 protein is crucial for understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions at the molecular level. By producing this protein in a recombinant form, researchers can delve deeper into its biochemical properties, explore its role in Rho GTPase signaling pathways, and evaluate its potential as a therapeutic target in oncology. Understanding the structure-function relationship of ARHGAP9 will provide insights into how it contributes to cellular signaling networks and could lead to novel strategies for intervention in diseases associated with dysregulated Rho GTPase activity.
