Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARID3A (AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 3A) is a crucial member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of transcription factors, playing significant roles in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Its dysregulation has been linked to several diseases, particularly in the context of cancer, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis and metastasis. Research into ARID3A's structure and function has revealed that it can interact with DNA and various proteins, influencing gene expression patterns critical for immune responses and developmental processes. Understanding the functional mechanisms of ARID3A is essential for elucidating its role in cancers and other diseases. Consequently, studies focusing on recombinant ARID3A protein have gained traction, allowing for detailed investigations into its biochemical properties, DNA-binding capabilities, and interactions with other cellular molecules. By producing ARID3A in a recombinant form, researchers can explore its function in a controlled environment, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications and novel cancer treatments aimed at manipulating ARID3A activity or signaling pathways.
