Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARID1B is a member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of proteins, which play a crucial role in chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation. Mutations and structural alterations in ARID1B have been linked to various developmental disorders, particularly those affecting neurodevelopment, such as intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. The protein is a key component of the SWI/SNF complex, which influences gene expression by modifying chromatin structure, thereby allowing access to DNA for transcription factors. Research into ARID1B has revealed its involvement in essential cellular processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and response to environmental stimuli. Aberrations in ARID1B function can lead to dysregulation of gene expression, contributing to tumorigenesis and a variety of pathologies. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which ARID1B exerts its effects and the implications of its dysregulation in disease states. Understanding the role of ARID1B in chromatin dynamics and its interactions with other proteins may provide insights into potential therapeutic targets and strategies for managing conditions linked to ARID1B dysfunction. This highlights the importance of continued research into ARID1B as a critical player in both developmental biology and disease pathology, emphasizing its significance in the broader context of epigenetic regulation and its potential impact on personalized medicine.
