Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAQR3, or Progestin and AdipoQ Receptor Family Member 3, is a member of the PAQR family of proteins which are known to play essential roles in cellular signaling and metabolism. Research into PAQR3 has gained traction in recent years due to its significant implications in various physiological processes, including adipogenesis, insulin sensitivity, and energy homeostasis. Studies have suggested that PAQR3 may act as a critical regulator of lipid metabolism and is implicated in the pathophysiology of metabolic disorders, such as obesity and type 2 diabetes. Furthermore, PAQR3's ability to modulate cellular responses to hormonal signals presents intriguing possibilities for therapeutic interventions. The exploration of PAQR3 as a recombinant protein is particularly promising, as it offers insights into its structure-function relationships and potential as a biomarker or target for drug development. Characterizing PAQR3 through recombinant protein techniques can enhance our understanding of its biological roles and mechanisms of action, paving the way for innovative strategies in treating metabolic diseases. Hence, ongoing research aims to elucidate the functional attributes of PAQR3 and to explore its potential applications in metabolic health and disease management.
