稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL10 (ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 10) is a member of the ARF (ADP-ribosylation factor) family, which is crucial for various cellular processes, including vesicular transport, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cell signaling. Recent studies have highlighted the role of ARL10 in regulating neuronal functions and its potential implications in neurodevelopmental disorders. Due to its involvement in synaptic plasticity and the maintenance of neuronal integrity, ARL10 has garnered attention as a candidate for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases. Researchers have been exploring the biochemical properties of ARL10, including its ability to bind GTP and its interactions with other proteins that are essential for cellular signaling pathways. Given its potential as a therapeutic target, studies focusing on the recombinant expression and functional analysis of ARL10 are being pursued to elucidate its roles in health and disease. Furthermore, the characterization of ARL10 has implications for drug design, particularly in developing strategies to modulate its activity in diseased states. Overall, research on ARL10 is shedding light on its critical functions in cellular biology and its prospects in treating neurological conditions.
