Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PCBP3, or Poly(C)-binding protein 3, is a member of the poly(C) binding protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, translation regulation, and gene expression. Research has shown that PCBP3 binds to specific RNA sequences, influencing mRNA stability and translation efficiency. This protein is particularly interesting due to its involvement in cellular responses to stress and its potential role in cancer and viral infections. The study of PCBP3 as a recombinant protein is essential for understanding its structure-function relationships and mechanisms of action. By producing PCBP3 as a recombinant protein, researchers can explore its biochemical properties, binding affinities, and interaction dynamics with RNA and other proteins. This research could pave the way for developing novel therapeutic strategies that target PCBP3 in diseases where its dysregulation is implicated, including certain types of cancer and viral diseases. Additionally, understanding the functional roles of PCBP3 can provide insight into the broader regulatory networks governing RNA biology, making it a significant focus in molecular and cellular biology.
