Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL6IP2, a member of the Arf-like family of small GTPases, has garnered attention due to its potential role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. This protein is implicated in various cellular functions, including endosomal trafficking, signal transduction, and cell proliferation. Research has suggested that ARL6IP2 may play a significant role in the regulation of the immune response and is associated with several conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Its expression levels and activity can be influenced by various stimuli, hinting at its dynamic role in cellular homeostasis. To further understand ARL6IP2’s function and its implications in health and disease, researchers focus on producing recombinant ARL6IP2. This involves utilizing molecular cloning techniques to express the protein in suitable host systems, allowing for its characterization, structural analysis, and assessment of its interaction with other cellular components. By elucidating the mechanistic pathways in which ARL6IP2 is involved, scientists aim to identify potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers for diseases where ARL6IP2 is dysregulated. Overall, the study of ARL6IP2 recombinant protein represents an important step towards unraveling its biological roles and therapeutic potentials in various pathologies.
