稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PHF20L1, a member of the PHD finger protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including gene regulation, chromatin remodeling, and the response to stress. This protein is characterized by its unique PHD (plant homeodomain) finger, which is known to interact with histones and other chromatin-associated proteins, implicating it in epigenetic regulation. Research has revealed that PHF20L1 is involved in critical biological functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and DNA repair, making it a significant target for understanding cancer biology and developmental disorders. The overexpression of PHF20L1 has been linked to several types of cancer, suggesting that it may serve as a biomarker for tumor progression or a potential therapeutic target. Consequently, studies focusing on the recombinant production of PHF20L1 protein aim to elucidate its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms, which are essential for developing interventions in diseases associated with dysregulated expression of this protein. Comprehensive investigation of PHF20L1 through recombinant protein techniques will enable researchers to explore its structural features, interactions with other proteins, and its role within the broader context of cellular signaling pathways, providing deeper insights into both normal physiological processes and pathological conditions.
