Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHC1, a member of the pleckstrin homology domain-containing proteins, has emerged as a significant player in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell signaling, and apoptosis. Research has shown that PLEKHC1 is involved in critical pathways that regulate immune responses and cell migration. Its unique structural features, including multiple pleckstrin homology domains, suggest that PLEKHC1 might interact with phosphoinositides and other signaling molecules, highlighting its potential role in lipid-mediated signaling pathways. The study of PLEKHC1 is crucial for understanding its function in health and disease, particularly in cancer and inflammatory conditions where its dysregulation may contribute to pathogenesis. Recombinant PLEKHC1 proteins are being produced to facilitate detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization, offering insights into its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular contexts. This research not only aims to elucidate the role of PLEKHC1 in cellular homeostasis but also explores its potential as a therapeutic target, providing a promising avenue for developing novel interventions in diseases linked to abnormal PLEKHC1 activity.
