Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of BRE (Brahma-related gene) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology due to their essential roles in chromatin remodeling and gene regulation. BRE proteins, part of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, are crucial for modulating DNA accessibility, thereby influencing transcriptional activation and repression. Research has shown that these proteins interact with various signaling pathways and transcription factors, making them key players in cellular processes such as differentiation, development, and response to environmental stimuli. Their involvement in several human diseases, including cancer, highlights their potential as therapeutic targets. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production and purification of BRE proteins, facilitating in-depth studies of their structure and function. Understanding the mechanisms of BRE protein action can provide insights into the regulation of gene expression and may lead to the development of novel strategies for disease intervention. Overall, the exploration of BRE recombinant proteins promises to enhance our comprehension of chromatin biology and its implications in health and disease.
