Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POGK (Pogo transposable element-derived protein 1) is a fascinating focus in molecular biology due to its potential role in various cellular processes and its implications in human health. Initially identified as an enzyme involved in the transposition of DNA sequences, POGK has garnered attention for its association with several cellular functions, including gene expression regulation, DNA repair, and cell cycle control. Recent studies suggest that POGK may be linked to certain diseases, including cancer, owing to its involvement in cellular proliferation and apoptosis. The recombinant production of POGK protein is crucial for understanding its structural and functional properties through methods such as X-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Scientists aim to elucidate the protein's interactions with other molecular partners and its role in signaling pathways. This research not only contributes to our fundamental understanding of POGK's biological significance but also has the potential to uncover novel therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysfunction. The ongoing exploration of POGK's recombinant protein offers insights into its mechanisms and broadens the scope of biomolecular research, highlighting the intricate relationships within cellular systems.
