Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCR3LG1, a member of the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family, plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the activation of natural killer (NK) cells. Identified for its involvement in recognizing and eliminating tumor cells, NCR3LG1 is being extensively studied for its potential therapeutic applications in cancer immunotherapy. The receptor is expressed on the surface of NK cells and is instrumental in mediating their cytotoxic functions. Research has shown that NCR3LG1 can enhance NK cell activation and promote the secretion of cytokines, which are vital for mounting an effective immune response against malignancies. Moreover, the interaction between NCR3LG1 and its ligands on target cells contributes to the regulation of tumor surveillance mechanisms. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying NCR3LG1's function could lead to the development of novel strategies to harness NK cell activity for cancer treatment. Furthermore, as researchers explore the structure-function relationship of NCR3LG1 through recombinant protein technology, the generation of purified NCR3LG1 proteins provides valuable tools for functional assays and therapeutic development, offering promising avenues for enhancing cancer therapy efficacy. The ongoing investigation into NCR3LG1 not only sheds light on NK cell biology but also represents a significant step towards advancing immunotherapeutic approaches to improve patient outcomes in cancer treatment.
