Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSF3, or Colony Stimulating Factor 3, is a pivotal cytokine primarily involved in the regulation of granulocyte proliferation, differentiation, and survival. It plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis, particularly in the production of neutrophils in the bone marrow. Research into CSF3 has gained importance due to its potential therapeutic applications in treating various disorders, including neutropenia, bone marrow failure, and certain types of cancers. Recombinant forms of CSF3, such as filgrastim, have been developed and approved for clinical use, demonstrating efficacy in enhancing neutrophil counts in chemotherapy-induced neutropenia and after stem cell transplantation. Furthermore, recent studies have highlighted the dual role of CSF3 in promoting not only granulocyte production but also in modulating the immune response, thereby stimulating interest in its applications in immunotherapy. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of CSF3 action, including its signaling pathways and interactions with specific receptors, is essential for developing more targeted treatments. Ongoing research aims to explore the potential of CSF3 in combination with other therapeutic agents to enhance its clinical efficacy, as well as to investigate its role in inflammatory diseases. Given the critical functions of CSF3 in both hematopoiesis and immune modulation, the continued investigation of recombinant CSF3 proteins holds promise for advancing treatment strategies across a spectrum of hematological and immunological conditions. Ultimately, these studies contribute to a better understanding of CSF3's biological significance and its therapeutic potential in enhancing patient outcomes in various clinical settings.
