Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYS3, a gene known to play a critical role in sulfur metabolism and regulating oxidative stress responses, has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology and genetics. Research has demonstrated that CYS3 encodes a protein involved in the biosynthesis of cysteine, an essential amino acid that serves as a key building block for proteins, as well as a precursor for glutathione, a crucial antioxidant in cellular protection. The significance of CYS3 is underscored by its involvement in various cellular processes, including redox homeostasis and stress signaling pathways. Scientists have increasingly focused on the recombinant expression of CYS3 to investigate its functional properties and functional relevance in different biological contexts. By producing recombinant CYS3 protein, researchers can elucidate the intricate mechanisms underlying sulfur metabolism, assess the protein's interactions with other cellular components, and explore its potential therapeutic implications, particularly in conditions related to oxidative stress and metabolic disorders. Furthermore, understanding the structure and function of CYS3 may pave the way for developing targeted interventions and biotechnological applications aimed at enhancing cellular resilience to environmental stressors. Overall, the research into CYS3 recombinant protein represents a promising frontier in understanding the molecular underpinnings of sulfur metabolism and its impact on cellular health and disease.
