Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SerB, an enzyme involved in the serine biosynthetic pathway, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cellular metabolism and stress response. Its importance is underscored by its involvement in the synthesis of serine, which is essential for the production of proteins, nucleotides, and other critical biomolecules. Research on SerB recombinant protein has gained momentum, driven by the need to understand its structure-function relationships and its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. Recombinant SerB can be produced in sufficient quantities for biochemical characterization and structural studies, enabling researchers to explore its catalytic mechanisms and interaction with substrates. Additionally, as SerB is implicated in pathogenic processes in certain microorganisms, studying its recombinant form may reveal novel targets for drug development and therapeutic interventions. The ability to manipulate SerB through recombinant DNA technology offers the potential to enhance our understanding of metabolic regulation and develop biotechnological applications, such as bioengineering microorganisms for improved serine production. Overall, the study of SerB recombinant protein is a promising avenue for advancing knowledge in metabolic biology and therapeutic innovation.
