  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

C15orf15, also known as C15orf15 Protein or the hypothetical protein C15orf15, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in various biological processes and diseases. This protein, encoded by the gene located on chromosome 15, remains largely understudied; however, preliminary research suggests its role in cellular functions such as apoptosis, cell proliferation, and immune responses. In particular, C15orf15 has been associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, raising questions about its function in neuronal health and disease. The study of recombinant C15orf15 protein aims to elucidate its structure-function relationships, enabling researchers to understand better how it interacts with other cellular components. The production of this recombinant protein allows for the examination of its biochemical properties using techniques such as structural analysis and functional assays. Investigating C15orf15 could reveal essential insights into its contribution to pathogenic mechanisms, thereby providing potential avenues for therapeutic interventions. As researchers continue to explore the significance of C15orf15, the hope is that a deeper understanding of this enigmatic protein will enrich our comprehension of human health and disease.
