稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SERPINA4, also known as Corticosteroid-binding globulin (CBG), is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of corticosteroid hormone activity in the body. It plays a key role in transporting corticosteroids such as cortisol and plays a significant part in the regulation of stress responses, immune function, and metabolic processes. Alterations in SERPINA4 levels have been linked to various physiological conditions, including stress-related disorders, obesity, and metabolic syndrome. The recombinant production of SERPINA4 is of considerable interest to researchers for several reasons. First, obtaining the protein in sufficient quantities and with proper functional activity is essential for understanding its biological role and potential therapeutic applications. Recombination techniques allow for the efficient generation of the protein, facilitating structural and functional studies. Furthermore, recombinant SERPINA4 can be invaluable in drug development and the design of therapies for disorders related to steroid regulation. Investigating the structural properties and interactions of SERPINA4 with other biomolecules can provide insights into its role in various diseases, thus contributing to a broader understanding of endocrine regulation and potential clinical interventions. In summary, recombinant SERPINA4 is a pivotal subject of study in endocrinology and biochemistry, offering opportunities for advancements in therapeutic strategies and enhancing our understanding of corticosteroid physiology.
