Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C16orf62, a gene located on chromosome 16, has garnered attention due to its potential role in various cellular processes and its implication in several disease states. Recent studies have suggested that C16orf62 may be involved in regulating immune responses and cellular metabolism. Despite the growing interest, the biological function of C16orf62 remains poorly understood, partly due to the lack of accessible recombinant protein for functional assays. The generation of recombinant C16orf62 protein could facilitate a deeper understanding of its structure-function relationships, interaction with other cellular proteins, and its role in pathophysiological conditions. Additionally, studying the recombination and purification processes can provide insights into its stability and enzymatic activity, contributing to the development of targeted therapeutic strategies in diseases where C16orf62 is implicated, such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Overall, the exploration of recombinant C16orf62 protein research is crucial to unlocking its biological significance and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target.
