Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRSS25, also known as trypsin-like serine protease, is a serine protease that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including digestion, cell signaling, and immune responses. Its unique structure and function have drawn significant interest in the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology. PRSS25 is primarily expressed in the pancreas and is known to be involved in the activation of zymogens and the regulation of proteolytic enzymes. Furthermore, dysregulation or altered expression of PRSS25 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including pancreatic diseases and certain cancers. Research efforts have focused on the recombinant expression of PRSS25 to better understand its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and potential therapeutic applications. The use of recombinant protein technology allows for the production of PRSS25 in heterologous systems, facilitating detailed biochemical characterization. By studying the structural and functional aspects of PRSS25, researchers aim to elucidate its role in physiological and pathological conditions, ultimately seeking to develop strategies for targeted therapies that leverage its proteolytic activity. The advancement of PRSS25 recombinant protein studies can provide insights into the underlying mechanisms of diseases and contribute to the development of diagnostic and therapeutic tools.
