Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C16orf70, a relatively uncharacterized protein encoded by the chromosome 16 open reading frame 70 gene, has gained attention in the scientific community due to its potential involvement in various biological processes and disease mechanisms. Recent studies have suggested that C16orf70 may play a role in cellular signaling, immunological responses, and possibly even cancer progression, although its precise function remains largely elusive. The protein's unique structure, including multiple domains, hints at complex regulatory functions that could influence cellular pathways. Researchers are particularly interested in generating recombinant C16orf70 protein to better understand its biological interactions and functional roles. Recombinant protein production enables the detailed examination of C16orf70's properties, including its interactions with other cellular proteins and its impact on cellular functions. Understanding the expression patterns of C16orf70 in different tissues and under various physiological conditions could provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms. Moreover, exploring the potential pathological implications of altered C16orf70 expression levels may reveal its significance in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, or neurodegenerative conditions. As such, the study of recombinant C16orf70 not only aims to clarify the protein's bio-functionality but also evaluates its potential as a novel biomarker or therapeutic target in clinical contexts. Overall, ongoing research into C16orf70 and its recombinant forms is crucial for unraveling its significance in health and disease, leading to potential advancements in protein-based diagnostics and therapeutic strategies.
