Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C20orf79, also known as "chromosome 20 open reading frame 79," is a gene located on human chromosome 20, which has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. Preliminary studies suggest that C20orf79 may be involved in cellular functions such as apoptosis, immune response, and possibly neurodevelopment. However, the precise biological functions and mechanisms of C20orf79 remain largely unclear, primarily due to the lack of detailed studies on its protein structure and functional properties. The importance of studying C20orf79 is underscored by its expression patterns observed in various tissues, hinting at a regulatory role in critical developmental and pathological processes. In particular, research has started to focus on the potential implications of C20orf79 in cancer, given its upregulation in certain malignancies. Understanding the function and interactions of the C20orf79 recombinant protein could illuminate its role in disease mechanisms and open avenues for therapeutic interventions. To this end, recombinant protein production of C20orf79 is essential for conducting biochemical assays, structural studies, and functional analyses. These endeavors aim to elucidate the molecular pathways in which C20orf79 participates, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of its significance in health and disease.
