稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of Fla recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their pivotal role in understanding immune responses and developing vaccines. Fla proteins are flagellin, an essential component of bacterial flagella, which plays a crucial role in motility and pathogenesis of various pathogenic bacteria. They are known to activate the innate immune system by stimulating Toll-like receptors (TLRs), particularly TLR5, leading to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and the activation of antigen-presenting cells. This immunostimulatory property has made Fla proteins an attractive candidate for use in vaccine development, particularly for enhancing the efficacy of subunit vaccines against bacterial infections. Furthermore, the ability to engineer recombinant Fla proteins allows for the incorporation of specific epitopes from other pathogens, facilitating the design of multivalent vaccines. Research has also explored the use of Fla as an adjuvant, enhancing immune responses to co-administered antigens. Given their potential to trigger both innate and adaptive immune responses, Fla recombinant proteins are not only valuable for vaccine research but also for therapeutic applications in combating infectious diseases. The ongoing advancements in genetic engineering and protein expression systems continue to expand the possibilities for Fla recombinant proteins in immunology and vaccine development, underscoring their importance in the fight against bacterial pathogens.
