稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C5orf20, or chromosome 5 open reading frame 20, is a gene located on chromosome 5 that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Initial studies suggest that C5orf20 may be involved in cellular mechanisms such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, making it an intriguing target for research in cancer biology and other pathologies. Additionally, it has been implicated in the regulation of immune responses, which positions it as a potential player in autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions. The recombinant protein of C5orf20 is particularly significant, as it allows for the exploration of the protein's structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components in vitro. By producing this protein through recombinant DNA technology, researchers can investigate its biochemical properties, functional motifs, and signaling pathways. Understanding the role of C5orf20 in cellular dynamics may reveal new insights into the molecular underpinnings of diseases, ultimately opening avenues for therapeutic interventions. As research continues to uncover its biological significance, C5orf20 stands out as a promising candidate for future studies aimed at elucidating its function and potential clinical applications.
