稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
XERO1, a gene associated with X-linked ichthyosis and specifically linked to the skin barrier function, encodes a protein that plays a critical role in cellular processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation. The study of XERO1 recombinant protein has gained attention due to its implications in understanding various skin disorders and potential therapeutic applications. Research has revealed that mutations or aberrations in the XERO1 gene can lead to significant clinical manifestations, particularly in males, given its X-linked inheritance pattern. As an essential component of the epidermal barrier, XERO1 is involved in keratinocyte function and skin homeostasis. Investigating the recombinant form of this protein allows for detailed exploration of its structural properties and interactions within cellular systems. Additionally, employing recombinant DNA technology to produce XERO1 can facilitate studies aimed at elucidating its functional characteristics and mechanistic pathways. Understanding XERO1's role not only aids in comprehending ichthyosis but also opens avenues for developing targeted therapies and enhancing skin health. Given the rising prevalence of skin conditions linked to genetic factors, this line of research is increasingly significant in dermatology and personalized medicine, paving the way for innovative approaches to treatment and management of skin diseases.
