  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CCNB1IP1, also known as cyclin B1-interacting protein 1, is a protein that has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its role in cell cycle regulation and potential implications in tumorigenesis. This protein is known to interact with cyclin B1, a key regulator of the cell cycle that promotes the transition from G2 phase to mitosis. Dysregulation of cell cycle proteins, including CCNB1IP1, can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation, a hallmark of cancer development. Studies have indicated that alterations in CCNB1IP1 expression may correlate with tumor progression and the aggressiveness of certain cancer types, suggesting that it could serve as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CCNB1IP1's role in the cell cycle can provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies targeting cell cycle checkpoints. Recent research initiatives have aimed to elucidate the functional pathways associated with CCNB1IP1, including its interactions with other cell cycle regulators and signaling molecules. Investigating the reconstitution of CCNB1IP1 in various experimental models may shed light on its biological significance and therapeutic potential, paving the way for innovative treatments aimed at manipulating cell cycle dynamics in cancer therapy. Overall, the study of CCNB1IP1 and its roles in cellular processes highlights its importance as a target in oncology, warranting further investigation into its functionality and regulatory mechanisms, especially in the context of cancer.
