稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ROP-N1L is a recombinant protein that has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Originally identified as a candidate biomarker in various cancer types, studies suggest that ROP-N1L may influence cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The protein is thought to be involved in the regulation of several signaling pathways, which could explain its association with tumor progression and metastasis. Researchers have focused on characterizing the structure and function of ROP-N1L, aiming to understand its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, the development of recombinant ROP-N1L allows for in-depth studies on its functional roles and could pave the way for therapeutic applications. By utilizing techniques such as CRISPR gene editing and advanced proteomics, scientists are investigating the protein’s comprehensive role in various pathological contexts, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Understanding ROP-N1L's mechanisms may not only enhance our knowledge of cellular behavior but also contribute to the identification of novel targets for drug development, thus holding promise for innovative treatments in the future.
