Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCNI, or Cyclin I, is a member of the cyclin family that plays a vital role in the regulation of the cell cycle and transcriptional control. Research on CCNI has gained momentum due to its implications in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Aberrant expression of CCNI has been implicated in several types of cancers, making it a focal point for understanding tumorigenesis and potential therapeutic interventions. Additionally, studies have shown that CCNI interacts with cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), influencing their activity and stability, which further underscores its significance in cell cycle regulation. The recombinant expression of CCNI provides an opportunity to investigate its structure-function relationships and the molecular mechanisms underlying its involvement in cell cycle progression. By generating purified CCNI proteins through recombinant DNA technology, researchers aim to elucidate the signaling pathways associated with CCNI and explore its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression or as a target for novel therapeutic strategies. The ongoing research into the biochemical properties of CCNI, including its interaction with other cellular proteins, is expected to contribute to a better understanding of its role in both normal physiology and disease states. Thus, the study of CCNI not only enhances our knowledge of fundamental cell biology but also holds promise for innovative approaches in cancer treatment and diagnostics.
