Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of EgsA recombinant protein is rooted in the growing interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms of various biological processes, particularly in the field of microbiology and enzymology. EgsA, an enzyme produced by certain bacteria, has garnered attention due to its potential applications in biotechnological processes, including biodegradation and bioremediation. The significance of this protein lies in its ability to catalyze specific biochemical reactions, which may lead to innovative solutions for environmental challenges, such as pollution and waste management. Researchers aim to investigate the structural and functional properties of EgsA to elucidate its enzymatic mechanisms, enhance its stability, and optimize its catalytic efficiency. This involves the generation of recombinant EgsA through techniques such as molecular cloning and expression in host systems, which allows for large-scale production and detailed analysis. Understanding the characteristics of EgsA at the molecular level may open new avenues for its application in industrial processes and provide insights into its evolutionary adaptations. As such, research on EgsA recombinant protein not only addresses fundamental scientific questions but also holds promise for practical applications that could benefit diverse sectors, including environmental biotechnology and sustainable development.
