稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ROR1 (Receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1) is a receptor that plays a significant role in various biological processes, including embryonic development and the maintenance of stem cell properties. Research into ROR1 has gained momentum due to its aberrant expression in several types of cancers, particularly in hematological malignancies and solid tumors, where it is associated with tumor cell proliferation, survival, and metastasis. Unlike many other receptors, ROR1 is not widely expressed in normal adult tissues, making it an intriguing target for cancer therapy. The study of ROR1 recombinant proteins has paved the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies, including monoclonal antibodies and CAR-T cell therapies, aiming to selectively target ROR1-expressing cancer cells while sparing normal cells. Furthermore, understanding the signaling pathways involved in ROR1 function may provide insights into its role in tumorigenesis and could lead to biomarker development for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Overall, the exploration of ROR1 as a therapeutic target represents a promising avenue in the field of cancer research, potentially contributing to more effective treatment options for patients with ROR1-positive tumors.
