Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLIP2, a member of the cytoskeletal-associated protein family, plays a significant role in neuron development and synaptic function. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in neural plasticity and its potential links to various neuropsychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders. Given its crucial functions in the nervous system, the study of CLIP2 recombinant proteins has become increasingly important for understanding its molecular mechanisms and interactions. Researchers aim to produce recombinant CLIP2 proteins for structural and functional analyses, which can shed light on the protein's role in synaptic transmission and neuronal signaling pathways. By employing techniques such as molecular cloning and protein expression systems, the generation of CLIP2 recombinant proteins enables detailed investigations into its binding partners and cellular functions. Furthermore, these studies may facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies targeting CLIP2, thereby providing new insights into treatment options for neurological conditions associated with impaired synaptic function. Overall, the exploration of CLIP2 recombinant proteins offers a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of neurobiology and the molecular underpinnings of related disorders.
