稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADK (Adenosine Kinase) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in cellular energy metabolism by catalyzing the phosphorylation of adenosine to adenosine monophosphate (AMP). Abnormal ADK activity has been associated with various pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of ADK in regulating adenosine levels, which influence processes such as immune response, neuroprotection, and tumor growth. The reconstitution of ADK as a recombinant protein offers a powerful tool for elucidating its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with potential inhibitors or substrates. This recombinant approach enables researchers to investigate ADK's enzymatic mechanisms in vitro and assess how modifications in its activity could impact cellular functions and disease. Understanding the nuances of ADK regulation and its implications in health and disease may lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting ADK for conditions characterized by dysregulated adenosine signaling. Thus, the study of recombinant ADK is essential for revealing the broader biological roles of this enzyme and aiding the development of adenosine-related treatments.
