稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSPA6, also known as heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 6, is a member of the Hsp70 family of proteins that play crucial roles in cellular stress responses, protein folding, and cellular homeostasis. It is typically upregulated in response to various stressors, including heat shock, oxidative stress, and exposure to toxic substances. Given its significant role in protein homeostasis and the cellular stress response, HSPA6 has garnered interest in cancer research, neurodegenerative diseases, and other pathological conditions where protein misfolding and aggregation are implicated. Studies have shown that HSPA6 contributes to cell survival under stress conditions by facilitating the refolding or degradation of denatured proteins. Its expression levels can serve as biomarkers for certain diseases, and recombinant HSPA6 protein can be used in various applications, including in vitro studies to elucidate its function and therapeutic potential. As researchers explore the molecular mechanisms underlying HSPA6's role in cellular processes, the development of recombinant HSPA6 proteins is also critical for drug development and therapeutic interventions aimed at targeting stress-related diseases. The ongoing research in this area highlights the importance of understanding the multifaceted roles of HSPA6 in health and disease, paving the way for potential clinical applications and novel therapeutic strategies.
