Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DDX59, a member of the DEAD-box helicase family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, translation regulation, and stress response mechanisms. This protein is characterized by its ATP-dependent RNA unwinding activity, which plays a critical role in modulating gene expression and RNA splicing. Dysregulation of DDX59 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Research on recombinant DDX59 protein has focused on understanding its structural and functional properties, as well as elucidating its interaction with RNA and other cellular partners. By expressing DDX59 in a recombinant system, researchers aim to obtain sufficient quantities of the protein for biochemical assays, crystallography, and functional studies. These investigations are essential for uncovering the mechanistic roles of DDX59 in cellular functions and its potential implications in disease pathology. Furthermore, studying DDX59's interactions with small molecules or RNA can pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in pathological contexts.
