稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CHIA (chitinase 3-like protein 1) recombinant proteins has garnered significant interest due to the protein's multifaceted roles in various biological processes. CHIA, belonging to the chitinase family, is primarily known for its enzymatic activity in breaking down chitin, a key structural component in the exoskeletons of insects and the cell walls of fungi. This makes CHIA a target for understanding innate immunity, as it is involved in the body's defense mechanisms against pathogenic fungi and parasites. Furthermore, elevated levels of CHIA have been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer, asthma, and inflammatory diseases, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of CHIA provides a powerful tool to investigate its structure-function relationships, explore its role in disease models, and examine its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. Advances in molecular cloning and protein engineering techniques enable the production of functional CHIA proteins, facilitating detailed studies of their biochemical properties and interactions. Overall, research into CHIA recombinant proteins is crucial for elucidating its biological functions and for developing innovative therapeutic approaches.
