稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SP140L is a protein that plays a crucial role in immune responses and has garnered significant interest in the field of immunology and molecular biology. As a member of the SP140 gene family, SP140L is involved in the regulation of various immune functions, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases and host defense mechanisms. Research has shown that SP140L is primarily expressed in immune cells, such as lymphocytes and dendritic cells, indicating its pivotal role in the adaptive immune system. Studies have suggested that SP140L may act as a transcriptional regulator, influencing the expression of genes involved in immune signaling pathways. Given its potential involvement in disease processes, including systemic lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune disorders, understanding the molecular mechanisms of SP140L could provide insights into therapeutic strategies. Additionally, recombinant SP140L protein is being explored as a tool for studying its biological functions and interactions in various cellular contexts. This research aims to elucidate the role of SP140L in immune modulation, paving the way for the development of novel immunotherapies and diagnostic tools targeting immune-related conditions.
