Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DHX15, a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase family, plays a crucial role in various aspects of RNA metabolism, including RNA splicing, translation, and decay. Its involvement in these essential cellular processes underlines its significance in maintaining normal cell function and regulation. Recent studies have highlighted the association of DHX15 with several diseases, including cancers and viral infections, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. The ability of DHX15 to modulate RNA structure and function makes it a subject of intense research, particularly in understanding its mechanistic roles in the regulation of gene expression and its impact on cellular stress responses. Researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing recombinant DHX15 proteins to elucidate its functional dynamics and interactions with RNA substrates, which may reveal novel insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential. This understanding could pave the way for the development of innovative strategies to manipulate DHX15 activity in disease contexts, positioning it as a promising candidate for future biomedical applications.
